Our terroir

The vineyard of the Cevennes is located in the department of Gard in the south of France in the region Occitania, at the gates of the Cevennes National Park.

Between the valleys of the Gardon and the Vidourle, in a land of garrigues, the vineyards of Saint Jean de Serres are located at the junction of the Languedoc and the Rhone Valley.

On the clay-limestone soils of the hillsides of the Cévennes Piedmont, traditional Mediterranean grape varieties (Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault) stand alongside more recent planting of internationally renowned grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah in red and Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Viognier in white.

The elaboration of our wines, from grapes harvested on a few selected plots, exalts the intrinsic qualities of our terroir thanks to innovative methods combining rigour and inspiration to offer surprising and varied wines.
